Our eggs are laid by pasture-raised hens. The hard-working ladies get their feed from a local feed mill, kitchen scraps, and oyster shells by necessity.

We built them a mobile chicken coop so we can move them around to make sure they have fresh grass and bugs. The fence around them is movable as well. Fencing them in is important to keep the predators away but also to give the hens plenty of space.
